Description

MyView will be unavailable to facilitate a routine upgrade to the system. We apologise for any inconvenience caused while this upgrade takes place.
We recommend any MyView requests such as leave/absence be actioned by close of business on Tuesday, 21 March.
On the day, any urgent requests can be directed to the Department of People, Performance & Culture at hr@lincoln.ac.uk.

Maintenance Type Essential Maintenance
Description

In line with the University's policy of ensuring we are up to date with all the latest Microsoft Security practices, it will be necessary to perform some work on the servers over the period of approximately two weeks.
The work will start Thursday 23 March and finish on Thursday 6 April.
The work will be timed to ensure minimum inconvenience - with the aim of having all the servers available by 12:00 noon on the weekend and by 08:00 am on weekdays.

Impact Staff

During this time, there will be unavoidable intermittent loss of service to all ICT systems for users on and off the University campus while the work is carried out.
